PURPOSE:To prevent floating of hinge portion and efficiency reduction of the magnetic circuit, by a method wherein an armature is pressed between other end and yoke by pressure of a grasping member beyond the reaction force acting between both members. CONSTITUTION:An armature 2 is inserted through a coil 1 wound on a bobbine 12, and one end 3 of the armature is disposed between opposite pieces 7, 8 and other end 4 is to a hinge end 10. A grasping member 13 is made of elastic metal, and grasping portion thereof presses the hinge end 10 and other end 4 and a projection 13a is fitted to a recess 10b and a recess 4a of other end 4 thereby held in position. An insulation member 14 is installed near one end 3 of the armature 2, and a metal card 15 molded integral with the insulation member 14 drives a contact spring 17 on a base 16 thereby the contact spring 17 is changed between NC contact 18 and NO contact 19. Both hinge end 10 and other end 4 are pressed by pressure beyond the reaction force of both members thereby floating of hinge and reduction of efficiency of the magnetic circuit may be prevented and the releasing voltage be stabilized. |
