PURPOSE:To unify control, operation and monitoring functions and to attain miniaturization of a programmable controller provided with CRT, by using a programmable controller for control, a CRT for monitor and a minimized number of switches for operation, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A device 3 to be controlled is controlled and monitored by a programmable controller PRC8, and the program of the PRC8 is produced by a programming device 4 containing a CRT10. The device 4 is provided with a controller 5, a CRT6 and a keyboard 7. The PRC8 is provided with a programmable controller 1, a controller 9 which exchanges communication with the controller 1 to understand the working state of the controller 3 and to display the working state in the CRT10, a keyboard 11, and an operation part 12 consisting of an emergency stop push-button switch, an operation mode changeover switch and a route changeover switch. The contents of a monitor screen which is programmed by the device 4 are stored in a control part 9, and the sequence is stored in a PRC1. Then the PRC8 provided with CRT10 carries out control, operation and monitor respectively to the controller 3. |
