A water power unit comprises a static metal or concrete cylindrical column container (A) having many water inlet (F) and outlet (E) tubes along its height with automatically operated closing valves (G) and a water inlet (N). The distance between two inlet and two outlet tubes is about 1% of the container height and the tubes have a slightly falling wall towards the container and are connected to the walls.
