CONSTITUTION:n-Butene is catalytically oxidized with molecular oxygen in the vapor phase in the presence of a catalyst of the formula (X is at least one element selected from K, Rb and Cs; Y is at least one element selected from Li, Na and Tl ; a-i are the respectively atomic composition ratio, and when a is 12, b is 0.1-8; c is 0.1-15; d is 0.1-15; e is 0.01-5; f is 0.1-8; g is 0-0.7; h is 0-10; i depends on the valences of the respective elements) to give the aimed 1,3-butadiene. EFFECT:The amount of deposited carbon on the catalyst can be reduced, and the catalyst life is long. The regeneration temperature of the catalyst is low, and the apparatus cost is low. Therefore, the cost of regeneration energy is reduced.
