METHOD FOR ADHERING POROUS THIN LEAF PAPER AND FILM OF BASE PAPER FOR HEAT SENSITIVE STENSIL PRINTING

PURPOSE:To obtain heat sensitive stensil printing base paper providing a printed object good in resolving power and sharpness, by a method wherein one of a film or porous thin leaf paper is passed between a coating roller and a press roller to adhere an adhesive thereon and the other one is pressed and adhered to the formed adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive liquid 20 adhered to the surface of a coating roller 22 having plural recessed parts 22a uniformly formed to the surface thereof is scraped off by a doctor 23 to fill only the interiors of the recessed parts 22a with said adhesive liquid. A film 25 is transferred while the adhesive surface thereof is pressed to the surface of the aforementioned coating roller 22 by a press roller 24 and subsequently semi-dried by a dryer 26 while porous thin leaf paper 29 is drawn out to be superposed on said film and the whole is passed between a pair of press rollers 27, 28 to be integrally adhered while dried by a dryer 30 to obtain objective base paper.
