PURPOSE:To prevent generation of wrinkles of transfer paper, and also to improve a fixation property, by providing a guide member having a springy property, which is positioned at an inlet side of the transfer paper, makes its tip closely contact with a heating fixation roll, and is curved along said roll. CONSTITUTION:Transfer paper 9 which is transferred already and has a toner image on the upper face advances along a guide member 10 curved downwards, and runs against a heating fixation roll 7. Subsequently, the transfer paper 9 receives carrying force by the heating fixation roll 7, and receives pressure from a tip 10a of the guide member 10 which is made to contact closely, therefore, even after passing through the fixation part, wrinkles are scarcely generated. Also, the guide member 10 gradually narrows an interval to the heating fixation roll 7 toward the tip 10a, therefore, curl of the transfer paper is also reformed to some extent. Also, the guide member 10 receives heat from the heating roll 7 and is warmed up, therefore, the fixation property becomes batter. In this way, generation of wrinkles of the transfer paper is prevented, and also the fixation property is improved. |
