PURPOSE:To prevent illegal use, by registrating a dial number corresponding to an ID such as a terminal device to a computer, disconnecting a line when a call comes from a terminal, and connecting the line from the computer side. CONSTITUTION:Normal communication is done for telephone sets 1a-1n with a public telephone line network and an exchange 2 in a telephone station. A computer system 3 in a bank performs data communication with terminal devices of other branch offices with a line connecting device 3a. A voice response device 3b offers the service such as inquiry of residual amount to depositors. When the line is connected with the system 3 by the call from the terminal device, the line is disconnected, after the discriminating number from the terminal device is inputted at the system side. Corresponding to the discriminating number, the terminal device is called out from the system side again with the registrated dial number in advance to connect the lines. |
