PURPOSE:To use the telephone call as an effective transmitting means of commercial message, by transmitting the message ahead the start of the telephone call and then permitting the conventional telephone call. CONSTITUTION:A telephone set 3 and an attachment 4 are installed in a subscriber to whom the commercial message is offered. Let an originator of a telephone set 1 be to communicate with a telephone set 2. In this case, the originator dials the number of the telephone set 3 from the telephone set 1. An exchange 5 connects the telephone set 1 to the attachment 4 of the telephone set 3 based on the number of attain the communication. In this state, the attachment 4 transmits the commercial message recorded in advance to the telephone set 1 for the 1st call. Further, when the originator dials the number of the telephone set 2 with the indication, the exchange 5 is started to connect the attachment 4 and the telephone set 2 and to transfer the telephone set 1 to the telephone set 2. |
