PURPOSE:To make a check while placing many parts of constituent circuits in operation without using any expensive device, by supplying plural output signals from a counter circuit part to a specific circuit part constituting a data processor. CONSTITUTION:While the processor operates as a one-chip microcomputer, a counter output signal 13 is inhibited by a control input 2 and data controlled by a CPU part 6 is inputted to an instruction register 5, ROM address part 8, RAM address part 10 through an internal bus 12. During a BT screening check, input from the internal data bus 12 to the register 5 and address parts 8 and 10 is inhibited by the control input 2 to supply a signal 13. Therefore, a clock input is supplied to the counter circuit part continuously to generate data signals as wall combinations of counter output signals at some period. |
