摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To economize expenses and to improve productivity by using powder iron, ore, ironwork dust, etc. as an essential material, using the same in denitration and desulfurization stages and pelletizing the essential material with the chemical components in industrial waste gas. CONSTITUTION:The main raw materials and auxiliary raw materials are fed from hoppers 1, 2, 3, 4 to a mixer 5 and a granulator 6, by which the materials are pelletized, and the pellets are fed by conveyors 19, 20 to the 1st and the 2nd curing columns 7, 8, where the materials are cured by the CO2 in the waste gas fed from a sintering machine 10 through a duct 21. At the same time, the waste gas is desulfurized by the CaO in the pellets. The waste gas F is fed through a duct 23 from the 1st column 7 to a heat exchanger 11, where the gas is heated with the medium and low temp. waste gas from the cooler 12 of the machine 10 and the waste gas from the high temp. part at the right end of the sintering machine, whereafter the gas is fed to the column 8, where the gas is subjected to denitration with the ferrous components in the pellets packed therein as a catalyst. The treated gas is released. The pellets are cured to a required extent.</p>
