FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, washing/drying equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: washing/drying machine has engine, fixed tank for washing liquid, and drum adapted for washing by performing rotational motion around its central axis. Drum is preferably made from plastic and comprises main casing and rear cover equipped with circumferential edge surrounding main casing. Circumferential edge has more than one connection protrusion and more than one edge connection slot. Casing has edge receptacle comprising connection slots wherein edge connection protrusions are inserted. Rear cover is placed within edge receptacle so that main casing and rear cover become joined with each other without forming any of protrusions on drum outer surface. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider operational capabilities of washing and drying machine. ^ 18 cl, 12 dwg |
