CONSTITUTION:The powder and granule 2 stored in a hopper 1 are discharged by a feeder 3 and are allowed to collide against a detecting part 4. At this time, the part 4 is vibrated and the vibration is detected by a vibrometer 6, amplified by a vibration amplifier 5 and changed to the output signal. Thereby, the flow rate of the powder and granule is detected. The detection with high accuracy is possible because the influence of air current etc. is not affected. |
