<p>PURPOSE:To provide a cutting and grinding auxiliary with excellent dispersibility and high performance, prepared by dispersing vinyl polymer-coated graphite fluoride in a base material. CONSTITUTION:Graphite fluoride coated with a vinyl polymer is dispersed in a base material consisting of water-soluble or insoluble oil. The microencapsulated graphite fluoride should pref. be added in about 20% of the base oil, for no appreciable increase of effect is expected even when it is added in a larger amount. The water-soluble oil includes emulsion type consisting mainly of mineral oil and surfactant, soluble type consisting mainly of surfactant, solution type containing mechanical pressure additive, etc. The water-insoluble oils are mineral oil, animal and vegetable oils, mixed oil, high-pressure oil, etc. When necessary, high-pressure additive such as molybdenum bisulfide, graphite, borax, sulfur or talc may be added to the auxiliary.</p> |
