PURPOSE:To use a small weighing hopper, by throwing powder granules into the hopper, and operating a flow rate from a variation of weight in case when an indicating value of a load cell is increasing. CONSTITUTION:Powder granules 2 stored in a hopper 1 are discharged by a feeding device 3, these powder granules are put into a weighing hopper 4, and when a discharge gate 8 is opened, they pass through the weighing hopper 4 without stopping and flow out. On the other hand, when the discharge gate 8 is closed, weight of the powder granules stored in the weighing hopper 4 is measured by a load cell 5 and a load cell amplifier 6, and this weight signal is applied to an arithmetic device 7, so that a flow rate is derived from a weight increase in the hopper 4 within a prescribed time. |
