PURPOSE:To readily raise the centering accuracy of a coupling in a motor by forming the partition wall of a driving shaft side and an output shaft side of ceramics having heat resistance, and directly rotatably supporting the rear end of the output shaft by the partition wall. CONSTITUTION:A partition wall 45 of a driving shaft 1a side and an output shaft 33 side is formed of ceramics having heat resistance. A bottomed cylindrical supporting hole 45a for directly rotatably supporting the rear end of the shaft 33 is coaxially provided with the shaft 1a at the shaft 33 side end at the center of the partition wall 45. A bearing made of ceramics can support and rotate the shaft 33 without lubrication.
