PURPOSE:To make all films supplied to the market usable, by providing a film information setting switching means and a resetting means which inputs a manual setting signal to an exposure operating device, and switches an automatic setting signal so as to input this signal to the exposure operating device when a film signal hole is detected, and a reset means. CONSTITUTION:If a film F is provided with information signal holes, the first signal hole FH1 of a film information signal FH is engaged with a detecting pawl 1a of a detecting member 1 and is pressed to the wall face when the film is forwarded by a film feeding device, and the detecting member 1 starts rotating. A switch switching member 25 is rotated clockwise in accordance with the charging force of a spring 25b, and a changeover contact ''swa'' of a switch SW is connected to an auto contact ''sec'', and the resistance value of an automatic variable resistance device A is obtained through a brush 11. The detecting member 1 is rotated at a prescribed angle in accordance with the number of signal holes FH to move a rack plate 7 through a gear 5 by a prescribed extent, and the brush 11 is slided on a resistor 13a to set automatically a resistance value corresponding to the film sensitivity. |
