A fastening device of a flangeless specimen for testing high speed collision of an automobile steel sheet is provided to eliminate a process for manufacturing each flange in a specimen, and to reduce test preparation time by automating fixing work of the specimen. A fastening device of a flangeless specimen(100) for testing high speed collision of an automobile steel sheet comprises an upper plate(12), a lower plate(14), and a body(11). The upper plate has both arms forming a concave portion facing downward, and fixes an upper surface of one side end of the specimen. The lower plate has both arms forming the concave portion facing upward, and fixes a lower surface of one end of the same side of the specimen. The body is fixed to a front surface part of a mounting plate(2), linked to the upper plate and the lower plate inside, and moved up and down.
