PURPOSE:To form a minute point on a non-picture part, and to prevent contamination of the ground, by using two photosensitive resin layers for a printing picture and for forming the minute point. CONSTITUTION:A supporting body 12 is placed on a supporting plate 10 and the first photosensitive resin layer 16 is applied. A half tone picture carrier 20 is placed at a little interval, and a part is hardened by irradiating parallel beams from a light source 22. The second photosensitive resin 28 is applied on said body, a printing picture carrier 30 is placed at a little interval, and a part is hardened by irradiating a beam. Subsequently, a printing plate having a relief is obtained by removing an unhardened part. As for thickness of the photosensitive resin layer, 16 shall be 0.05-0.13mm. and 28 shall be about 0.38mm., and as for the half tone carrier 20, a screen of 65-100 lines/inch is desirable. As for the supporting body 12, a ferromagnetic material of steel, etc. which are capable of magnetic clamp is desirable. |
