PURPOSE:To form products with no strain by previously burying reinforcing cores according to a specific process in the titled manufacture through which a pallet upper section and a pallet lower section each reinforced by the reinforcing cores are heat-sealed. CONSTITUTION:The reinforcing cores (preferably, they are coated with a slip additive)(such as an iron pipe) 5 are arranged in a mold, a thermoplastic resin is injected in the mold, and the pallet lower section 1, which consists of a deck board 3 and cylindrical columns 4 erected to the deck board and in which the reinforcing cores 5 are buried, is formed, but the end sections of the reinforcing cores 5 are exposed into the cylindrical columns 4 at that time. On the other hand, the pallet upper section 2 of the same structure is formed. The end sections of each cylindrical column 4 of the pallet upper section 1 and the pallet lower section 2 are heated and melted, said both end sections are butted and stacked and pushed for approximately 30-120sec under approximately 0.5- 8kg/cm<2> to heat seal the pallet lower section 1 and the pallet upper section 2, and the pallet made of synthetic resin is formed. |
