PURPOSE:To mount and demount a cavity, a core and an ejector pin instantaneously by making the end section of an ejector-pin fixing plate collide with the end section of a return-pin block set to a die proper while moving the end section of the plate. CONSTITUTION:The cavity 1 is set to the die proper, positioned accurately by a locating pin 5, and clamped to the die proper by turning the eccentric cam rotary top 6 of clamping jigs 2. The core 11, the ejector pin 17 skewered and unified to the core 11, a core fixing plate 12, to which the core 11 is fixed and unified, and the ejector plate fixing plate 18 are clamped to the die proper by the clamping jigs 2 fitted at each position. The exclusive sections at every form of products, such as the cavity 1, the core 11, the ejector pin 17, etc. are easily fastened to the die proper only by turning the eccentric cam rotary top 6 of the clamping jigs 2. When the exclusive sections are fixed, a return pin 25 is used in a general-purpose manner though it is not manufactured exclusively. |
