PURPOSE:To minimize the load applied to an electronic computer and to obtain a hard copy of high quality, by using a raster scan type hard copy controller. CONSTITUTION:A raster scan type hard copy controller 1 obtains a hard copy of a display data of a picture under display which is stored in a refresh buffer memory of a graphic display. This controller 1 is provided with a frame buffer memory 11, a pixel control part 12, a pixel generator 13 and a raster scan buffer memory 14 and obtains a hard copy of picture displayed by a random scan through a raster scan type hard copy device 7. The control part 12 produces a vector line and characters from the display data which is transferred and stored to the memory 11 and controls these line and characters. The generator 13 produces a vector line and characters under the control of the part 12. |
