A laptop computer burglar preventing fixed ring attached to a desk is provided to attach the laptop computer easily and prevent the separation of the laptop computer with the desk in case that the laptop burglar alarming cable passes through. A laptop computer burglar alarm ring(100) includes a base, fixed to a desk through a fastening bolt and a cover member(140) screwed up on the base. A first ring part is equipped to the base. A second ring part overlapped with a first ring part is equipped in a cover member. A base includes a plurality of a coupling hole. A first screw clamp part is formed in the outer circumference of the base.
