PURPOSE:To combine waterproof electric wire groups mutually, and to prevent damage by constituting the shell of an electric wire, a cord for bundling, a slot insulating sheet and a slot wedge by nylon and impregnating and treating the whole with epoxy phenol group varnish. CONSTITUTION:Stator winding 8 is constituted by winding a plurality of waterproof electric wires 8 in which the outer circumferences of copper wires 4 are coated with enamel layers 5, special polypropylene layers 6 and nylon layers 7 in succession, the stator winding 11 is arranged into the slot 11 of a stator core 2 into which the slot insulating sheet 10 made of nylon is inserted, and the slot wedge 12 made of nylon is formed to the opening section of the slot 11. The bundling cords 9 made of nylon are wound on the winding terminal sections of stator winding 3. The whole stator is impregnated and treated with epoxy phenol group varnish 15 easy to bond with nylon. Accordingly, the stator is not damaged by a water current and an impact because waterproof electric wire 8 groups are combined mutually through the varnish 15. |
