<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle time required to mount a door, by arranging a door transporting time so as to be capable of transporting the door effectively with respect to the preset door mounting sequence, and thereby accomplishing effective utilization of a transport means and a door locating means. CONSTITUTION:At a door mounting station ST, rails 9 are installed along a line 1 in the direction fore and aft from a frame 10, and at one side of these rails 9, for pallets 20a-20d to accommodate different types of doors 5 parallelly at a certain spacing are placed as detained in the stop positions in front and behind. On the rails in front of and behind the frame 10, drawout tables 24, 25 movable on the rails 9 are installed so as to draw out one door from either pallet. These drawout tables 24, 25 serve drawing out doors from the pallets as well as transporting doors to the door gripping position.</p> |
