FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves contacting of processed food products with water solution containing effective amount of component of alkali metal silicate and alkali metal hydroxide. Method implying contacting of a product actually containing no ethanol with water solution containing effective amounts of component of alkali metal silicate, alkali metal carbonate and alkali metal hydroxide or component of alkali metal silicate and alkali metal hydroxide is proposed as well.
