PURPOSE:To attain efficient communication without requiring useless time, by changing the number of addition and averaging automatically in response to the state of addition and averaging automatically in response to the state of communication lines. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 2. Further, an output of a signal period generator 3 is inputted to a counter 4 to add signals in a repetitive period, allowing to count the basic unit number of times for one frame's share. The converted signal is added and averaged at a prestage adding and averaging device 5 under the control of a controller 6 until the basic unit number of times is counted by a counter 4. The device 6 resets the counter when the number reaches a set number of times and distributes the output of the device 5 to a storage device 8 by a distributor 7. The device 6 resets the device 5 after the distribution and storage and starts the addition and averaging for the next frame's share. After data are stored in all locations of the device 8, the device 6 stops the function of the converter 2. |
