<p>The ski lift seat runs on a looped cable between stations, passing over end pulleys. The seat has a footrest (34) extending the full width of a seat with a back (28). The footrest is lower than the seat and is roughly at the levels of the station platforms. There is a rail around the footrest, with an access opening at the front for passengers. A pivoted body protector can be folded down to prevent passengers mounting or dismounting and there is a ski support.</p> |
