PURPOSE:To perform averaged neutralization reaction by making the contact area between a basic material and acidic dew condensate increasingly larger from the treatment tank on the inflow port side of the acidic dew condensate toward the treatment tank on the outflow port side. CONSTITUTION:The acidic dew condensate of 4.0pH and 30 deg.C formed on the surface of a latent heat type heat exchanger is introduced through an inflow port 4 at 120ml/h into a body of the treatment device 1 and is then dropped through the guide groove 12 of a tongue part 11a into the cylinder of a neutralizer 10a. The contact area between the neutralizer 10a provided in the treatment tank 8a on the port 4 side and the acidic dew condensate is made smaller, and the contact area is made increasingly larger toward the treatment tank 8c on the outflow port 5 side. Since the neutralizers 10a, 10b, 10c provided in the tanks 8a, 8b, 8c are consumed roughly at an average rate, the simultaneous replenishing of the neutralizers 10a, 10b, 10c is possible. |
