PURPOSE:To maintain the total efficiency of a lamp at a high level while surely suppressing the starting voltage not exceeding 94 V by setting up sealed gas pressure in a fluorescent lamp to the most suitable value in relation to the tube diameter and tube length of a bulb. CONSTITUTION:Tube length of a bulb of a curved tube type fluorescent lamp is made not exceeding 420mm. while the bulb tube diameter is made to be not less than 14.5mm. and not exceeding 21.0mm., further the pressure of the sealed gas inside of the bulb is made to be not less than 3.5 torr and not exceeding 5.5 torr. |
