PURPOSE:To set the ranking of voltage, by comparing each output signal voltage given from a sensor array with the reference voltage which varies in a simple way and then counting the changing frequencies of the level compared with the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:The output voltages V1...Vn of photosensors 1...n are connected sequentially to inrersion detecting circuits 41...4n via transfer gates 11...1n and a shift register 20. At the same time, a comparator 30 compares the output voltage Vi (i=1...n) with the reference voltage and delivers ''1'' and ''0'' to the circuit 41 in the case of Vi>V and Vi<V respectively. The voltage V is simply increases or decreased, and the circuit 41 delivers a pulse only when the output of the comparator 30 is inverted. This pulse is counted up or down from an FF100 by an n-bit counter 120, and the final count value is fed to shift registers 141...14m. In such a way, the ranking can be set to the output voltage of each sensor of a sensor array by the count value. |
