FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for accurate adjusting of part into treated position. Rotary table contains basis, rigidly connected to it casing, faceplate rigidly connected to it coupling, sensors of management of rotation with ability of its interaction to screen, regulated supports, specifying rotation angle of faceplate. Coupling is implemented in the form of top and bottom semi-couplings. Top semi-coupling is rigidly connected to faceplate and is installed on working surface of casing, on which it is implemented annular groove, connected to outlet of air control valve for connection of vacuum source for fixation of position of top semi-coupling, and then source of compressed air for lifting of top semi-coupling. Bottom semi-coupling with fixed on it screen is elastic installed on cylindrical guideline of basis. On working surface of bottom semi-coupling it is implemented annular groove connected to outlet of air control valve for connection of vacuum source for switching of coupling and then source of compressed air for its connection. On side surface of bottom semi-coupling there are implemented opposite directed blades of semi-turbines, opposite of which in casing there are implemented two channels connected to outlets of air control valve of rotation for connection to one channel of compressed air source for rotation of bottom semi-coupling in strict direction and to the other - for rotation in opposite direction. ^ EFFECT: there is provided automatic implementation of device rotation for preliminarily adjusted angle, its increased performance, reliability and durability. ^ 5 dwg |
