PURPOSE:To improve the rigidity of interior components for vehicles such as an arm rest by forming them into a hollow shape using a laminated body whose outer layer is made of the synthetic resin with surface hardness below 50 and the inner layer is made of the synthetic resin with stiffness exceeding 7,000kg/cm<2>. CONSTITUTION:The surface hardness below 50 in the outer layer of interior components for vehicles is below said value by the ASTM, D-2240 shore D and provides a soft touch. Besides, the stiffness exceeding 7,000kg/cm<2> in their inner layer exceeds said value by the ASTM, D-747 and provides the strength of the stem without deformation. As a result, this laminated body can be used in the interior components for vehicles such as an arm rest, door trim, and door lining. Since the outer layer of the interior components for vehicles is flexible and holds rigidity as a whole and is formed into a hollow shape, the total weight is small and heat insulation property is secured. |
