PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of curvature and flexture in a rear parcel at the time of insert-molding, by installing a couple of end covers on both ends of a reinforcing metal fitting, while making these covers so as to be covered by an auxiliary resinoid plate. CONSTITUTION:When a rear parcel is molded with upper and lower dies 20 and 21 employed, an auxiliary resinoid piece 22 fused by heating is applied to the inner part of a concave part 20 of the lower die 20, then a reinforcing metal fitting 13 installing each end cover 14 on both ends is attached to the inside of the auxiliary resinoid piece 22. Subsequently, outer layer materials 24 such as a resinoid plate 23 and carpets are lapped over the surface, and when the upper die 21 and the lower die 20 are engaged with each other, the auxiliary resinoid piece 22 is fusibly welded together with the resinoid plate 23 as one body on the peripheral surface of the reinforcing metal fitting. With this method, curvature, flexture and suchlike in a rear parcel caused by shrinkage of the resin at the time of insert molding can be well prevented. |
