PURPOSE:To confirm brimming and quickly dissolve the clogging of a in a conveyance line, the slip off or breakage of a conveyance pipe constituting the conveyance line, and the blinding of a filter in a hopper by effectively utilizing the pressure fluctuation of the conveying air itself. CONSTITUTION:Under an abnormal conveyance condition when an air source is not operating or a hoper 1 is brimmed, if the suction pressure of the absorbing air becomes a fixed value or less, a dumper 14 is opened by the weight of the granular body, and an opening/closing valve 11 closes an air passage 4a. When the dumper 14 becomes an almost completely closed condition for the material conveyance to the hopper 1, an absorbing stream of the outside air is strongly applied into the hopper 1 through a gap between the material outlet 7 at the lower outside of the hopper 1 and the dumper 14, the granular body stuck or remaining near the lower end edge of the hopper 1 inner wall is separated upward and conveyed, thus the grannular body is prevented from being bitten into the dumper 14, and the shutoff characteristic of the dumper 14 is improved.
