PURPOSE:A TEMPURA pasta is divided into pieces by the mold and the pieces are made to drop in heated molding frames to ensure the quantitativeness essential in mass production and make TEMPURAs with good appearance, texture and taste. CONSTITUTION:A coating material mainly consisting of wheat flour and water and ingredients such as sweet potato, potato, green peas, shrimps, pieces of cuttlefish are dispersed as uniformly as possible to give the TEMPURA pasta. The pasta is charged in the hopper and sent by horizontal sliding to fill the mold hole 8 of the plate 9 which opens and closes alternately the hooper outlet 2 and the opening for pasta dropping 6. Then, the pasta is made to drop from the opening 6 into the heated molding frame 3 by the action of the plate sliding. The pasta is transferred by the conveying means 10 to the heating means for the frame to give the heat-formed product. |
