PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time switch that enables easy exchange of a power failure compensation battery and contribute to reduction of a risk that the lid of a battery housing part is erroneously detached.SOLUTION: A time switch 1 has a case 10 for housing a driving source therein, a timer mechanism 60 that is driven by the driving source, and a battery housing part 20 capable of housing a battery 25 as a power failure compensation battery for supplying power to the driving source under power failure. The battery housing part 20 has an opening portion opened to the front surface of the case 10. The time switch 1 has further a lid 30 capable of opening/closing the opening portion, and a tool insertion port 40 which is formed between the case 10 and the lid 30 and in which a tool is insertable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
