PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment of the transducer, by supporting the transducer to the body to be checked by a permanent magnet, and forming the supporting part of the permanent magnet in a concave shape. CONSTITUTION:The cross section of the permanent magnet 1 is formed in an arc shape. A case 10 is attached to the permanent magnet 1 through magnet supporting parts 2, 3, and 4. The transducer 10 is fixed in the case 10 by a transducer fixing part 12. |
