PURPOSE:To surely release a device itself even at a trouble of a solenoid valve, which introduces and disconects the atmospheric air, by providing a release valve operatively opened and closed in an interlocking state to a power source switch of the fixed speed running device. CONSTITUTION:A release valve 23 opened and closed interlocking to a power switch 1 is provided while connected to a pressure chamber 7 of an actuator 3 by a pressure conduit pipe 24, and the atmosphere can be disconnected from and introduced to the chamber 7 by respectively closing and opening the switch 1. Even if an atmospheric pressure solenoid valve 12 causes a trouble by interposition of foreign matters or the like, the atmospheric air can be introduced to the chamber 7 by opening the switch 1 in a fixed speed running device to open an atmosphere introducing pipe part 33. In this way, a diaphragm 5 is extruded to immediately control a throttle valve 17 to a minimum opening, and speeding can be avoided. |
