PURPOSE:To shorten the iron core of a leg section, and to miniaturize the ballast stabilizer while reducing core loss by a method wherein a bobbin, on which an electric wire is wound while interposing inter-layer paper among the wire, is fitted to the leg section of the iron core, a coil is pressed moved along the axial direction by using a force piston, and the end sections of the bobbin and inter- layer paper are bent while adjacent electric wires are adjoined mutually. CONSTITUTION:The coil 8 constituted by winding the electric wire 12 on the bobbin 11 is fitted to the central leg 1 of the T-shaped iron core 4, the central leg 1 is inserted into a through-hole 15 by using the force piston 16, the center thereof has the through-hole 15, and the force piston 16 is pressed toward a T- shaped section 4A through pressing. Accordingly, the end sections of the bobbin 11 and inter-layer paper 13 are bent outward, these clearances are removed approximately while adjacent electric wires 12 are also adjoined mutually, the length of the iron core 1 of the leg section on which the coil 8 is wound is shortened, and the ballast stabilizer, core loss thereof is small, is obtained. |
