PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component transfer device excellent in transfer capacity of DUTs between trays.SOLUTION: An electronic component transfer device for transferring DUTs 100 between trays 110 and 120 includes a device conveying apparatus 50 comprising: a plurality of shuttles 51 for holding the DUTs 100; a first endless guide rail 521 for guiding the shuttles 51; and first to third feeding devices 53-55 for moving the shuttles 51 on the first guide rail 521. On the first guide rail 521, the shuttles 51 can move over the entire circumference of the rail. |
