PURPOSE:To obtain an electrochemical sensor having high accuracy and capable of measuring an object in a wide range, by providing a porous film having an electrically conductive thin film which is one of the constituting elements of an electrode system for removing an inhibitory material, on the side of a liquid to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive thin film 11 having about 1,000Angstrom thickness is formed by sputtering platinum on the one side of polycarbonate film having 0.1mum hole diameter and 10mum thickness. This film 11 is built in a position of a porous film 14. +0.6V vs Ag/AgCl voltage is applied respectively to a detection electrode system 8 having 4ml phosphate buffer solution of 6.0pH dissolved with 200mg hardly fixation chloesterol oxidase as an electrolytic solution 15 and the removing electrode 11. Hereafter, a response curve is found by adding 30mul blood serum by a microsyringe 17 and an one hand, the response curve is found without applying the potential to the electrode 11. An increase of the current value by an obstacle is obtained from the difference of said curves. Hereby, a sensor having high accuracy and capable of measuring an object in a wide range is obtained because a hardly fixing catalyst material can be utilized also. |
