<p>The composite piece (1) has two longitudinal wooden sheets (2), rectangular and very elongated, connected to each other by a series of transverse metal tube bars (3) at about mid-height. The parallelepipedal volume between the leafs is filled with cellular insulating material (4) and the transverse bars are bedded in the material. The metal tube ends (6) are anchored to the sheets or alternatively, each tube has two annular bell mouth parts forming collars applied respectively to the sheet internal faces. The tube ends traverse circular openings in the sheets and are set on the external leaf faces.</p> |
