PURPOSE:To reduce the error of conversion and to reduce the generation of click noises, by composing bit respective electrodes of the same sized and shaped electrode cells proportional to the weighting of corresponding bits. CONSTITUTION:A fixing plate 11 and an oscillating plate 12 are opposed to each other through a ring-like insulated spacer 13 and stored in a conductive cylindrical housing 14 also used as a shielding means. Many square electrode cells constituting bit electrodes are arrayed like a matrix on the surface of the fixing plate 11 on the oscillating plate 12 side. Each bit electrode is composed of the same sized and shaped electrode cell 15 proportional to the weighting of the corresponding bit. |
