PURPOSE:The titled composition that contains a substance generating heat by contacting with water to raise temperature, bis(2-pyridylthio-1-oxide) metal salt and a specific third substance, thus preventing dandruff formation and showing good adhesion to hairs and scalps. CONSTITUTION:The objective hair-conditioning composition is obtained by using (A) a substance which generates heat by contacting with water to raise temperatures such as polyethylene glycol, or 1,3-butylene glycol (in an amount of more than 50, preferably more than 60wt% based on the conditioner), (B) bis(2-pyridylthio-oxide) metal salt (the zinc salt is preferred in an amount of 0.1-3.0, preferably 0.5-1.5wt%) and (C) the third substance that is incompatible to the heat- generating agent and has less than 0.1 specific gravity (preferably camellia oil, liquid paraffin or squallan in an amount of 0.1-10, preferably 0.5-5wt%).
