PURPOSE:To prepare a fish paste product having the texture similar to that of the rod-shaped meat of a crab leg, and having improved taste and palatability, by using a binding means composed of a conveyor, a number of disks placed at both sides of the conveyor so as to pinch the string-shaped paste product, and peeling plates attached to the delivery side of the disks. CONSTITUTION:The titled apparatus contains a slitting means 3 to slit the heat- coagulated web T of fish paste in the form of thin strings, and a conveyor 2. The first disks 6a (6b), the second disks 9a (9b)... the fourth disks, etc. are placed at both sides of the conveyor 2 so as to pinch the fish paste web T. Each of the disks is furnished with an arch notch at its circumference. The peeling means R...R are attached at the delivery side of the first-fourth disks. The raw material 1 slitted to thin strings is bound automatically by the binding means composed of the disks, conveyor, and the peeling means, etc., and the obtained fish paste product 2 having the texture similar to the crab leg is transferred to the rear conveyor 24, and cut to desired length with the cutter 27. |
