PURPOSE:To perform a restarting process at a high speed and with a small quantity of recovery information, by storing the information needed for a trnsaction process on a large storage with an over writing system and then restarting the transaction process when a system has a breakdown. CONSTITUTION:When a transaction process is carried out, a control part 12 writes the information needed for recovery to a table pointer 22 among the information necessary for the transaction process and at the same time, overwrites the replacement processing frequencies of the transaction process to a replacement circuit 23. When the transaction process is over, the contents of a control table are stored in a control table 17 on a large storage 16. When the system has a breakdown, the part 12 restores the data stored in the table 17 onto a control table 13 on a memory 11. Then the transaction process is restarted at and after the time point wheh the system had a breakdown by means of the pointer 22 and the circuit 23. |
