3-D rotary toys, consisting of rotary bodies which can be rotated in relation to one another about axes of rotation and which, fastened on guide bodies, are held and guided in guide rails (corresponding to Fig. 45b: FS = guide rail, FK = guide body, DK = rotary body, IK = inner sphere). These guide rails intersect; at the intersections, the rotary bodies of one path of rotation can be transferred into another path of rotation. The inner body is spherical. In it, the guide rails are preferably designed as cutouts, in which the guide bodies are held and guided. The rotary bodies are all geometrical bodies: cubo-octahedra, spheres, octahedra, hexakisoctahedra, tetrakisoctahedra, icosahedra etc. The rotary bodies can be designed as spherical shell bodies and, in the case of onionskin-shaped arrangement, made extensively transparent. On rotating the outer shell about given axes of rotation, the rotary bodies of the inner shell(s) are rotated in their paths of rotation or - according to position - not rotated. The outer shell can also be formed by the geometrical bodies described above. The whole arrangement of the rotary bodies which can be rotated in relation to one another represents an intelligence toy. As a result of the onionskin-shaped arrangement with extensive transparency of the outer shell(s), the degree of difficulty for refinding a previously clearly marked position and combination of the rotary bodies in relation to one another after multiple previous rotation is increased. <IMAGE>
