The pressure transducer comprises at least one flat piezoelectric body (2) and a matrix of transducer elements which are formed at the crossover points of row conductors (8 to 11) and column conductors (12 to 15). According to the invention, the row conductors (8 to 11) and the column conductors (12 to 15) are composed of electrically conductive elastomers, which may in each case preferably be mounted in a laminar electrically insulating elastomer (4 or 6, respectively).
