摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a tubular homogeneous foamed body with uniform thickness by a method wherein molding stock solution is injected in the interior of an annular space and then the annylar space is rotated about its center axis and, after that, the stock solution is foam-molded. CONSTITUTION:The annular space 12 is formed by inner and outer rotating bodies 5 and 6 and side plates 7 and 7 to block the openings of the ends of said bodies 5 and 6. The molding stock solution is injected in the annular space 12 and, after that, the rotating bodies 5 and 6 are placed on a pair of rolls 8 and 8 rotating in the same direction, for example, so as to rotate the rotating bodies 5 and 6 about their center axes so as to circulate the injected stock solution in the annular space 12 and, after that, the stock solution is foam-molded. The inner rotating body 6 and the side plates 7 and 7 are preferably constituted swellingly deformable to a predetermined size when pressurized fluid is injected. Furthermore, the outer rotating body 6 is preferably made of aluminum foil reinfored with ester film and the inner rotating body 5 is preferably constituted in an enclosed hollow shape made of rubber reinforced with canvas.
