<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facilities and a method for article delivery using a computer, which can actualize an unmanned office. SOLUTION: The article delivery facilities 10 using the computer are equipped with a central processing part 12 which is arranged at one place and arranged devices 14 at plural places which are so connected as to communicate with the central processing part 12, while order information from a customer of a component of an automobile is sent from a telephone set 16, facsimile equipment 18, or a personal computer 20 to an arranged device 14 and sent to the central processing part 12 through an order transfer means 22 of the arranged device 14, delivery instruction data of the component are sent to a delivery instruction receiving means 24 of the arranged device 14 from the central processing part 12 and displayed out as a delivery slip 28 by a delivery slip output means 26 of the arranged device 14.</p> |
